How do I reset my password? β–Ό
Click on "Forgot Password?" on the login page. Enter your email address and we'll send you a password reset link. Follow the instructions in the email to set a new password. You'll be able to log in with your new password immediately.
How do I receive notifications about my projects? β–Ό
You can customize your notification preferences in the Settings page. Choose which events trigger emails (project updates, message notifications, appointment changes, invoices, etc.). You'll also see updates in real-time in your dashboard and notification bell.
Can I upload documents or photos to the portal? β–Ό
Yes! Your service team uploads project photos throughout your work. You can also request to upload your own documents (invoices, receipts, warranty information, etc.). Contact your service manager if you need to upload documents.
How is my data kept secure? β–Ό
We use industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) to protect your data in transit and at rest. Your account is protected by password authentication and optional two-factor authentication. We never share your information with third parties without your consent.
Can I access the portal on my phone? β–Ό
Absolutely! The portal is fully responsive and works great on phones, tablets, and desktop computers. Just log in with your email and password on any device with a web browser.
How do I contact support? β–Ό
You can reach our support team directly through the messaging system in the portal (your messages go to your project manager). For technical issues, call 803-555-1234 or email hello@allamericanworks.com. We're available Monday-Saturday, 7am-6pm, with 24/7 emergency service.
