Any estimates or quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Estimates are non-binding unless accepted in writing. Actual costs may differ from estimates if scope changes occur or unforeseen conditions are discovered during work.

3.3 Pricing

Prices for services are subject to change at any time. We will provide a firm quote before beginning work. All prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified. Sales tax will be added where applicable.

3.4 Payment Terms

• A deposit may be required before work begins
• Final payment is due upon completion of services
• We accept cash, credit cards, and checks
• Late payment may result in suspension of services
• A finance charge of 1.5% per month applies to unpaid balances (18% annually)

4. Service Conditions

4.1 Appointment and Access

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property. A responsible adult must be present during scheduled appointments. We reserve the right to reschedule if safe access cannot be provided. Missed appointments without 24-hour notice may result in cancellation fees.

4.2 Property Condition

You are responsible for clearing the work area of personal belongings. We are not responsible for damage to personal property during service. Please inform us of any specific concerns before work begins.

4.3 Project Scope Changes

Changes to the agreed-upon project scope must be approved in writing. Additional charges may apply for scope changes. We will provide updated estimates for any significant changes.

4.4 Warranties

We warrant that all work will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. Warranties on workmanship are valid for 12 months from completion date. Equipment warranties are provided by manufacturers and are subject to their terms. We are not responsible for manufacturer defects or recalls.

5. Client Portal Terms

5.1 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your portal login credentials. You agree not to share your password with others. All activity under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.

5.2 Portal Content

Portal content (project information, documents, photos, messages) is confidential and intended solely for authorized project participants. You agree not to share portal content with unauthorized parties without our consent.

5.3 Document Storage

We will store project documents in your portal for a minimum of 5 years following project completion. Documents may be deleted thereafter at our discretion. We recommend maintaining your own backup copies of important documents.

Portal access will be terminated upon account closure or at our discretion if Terms are violated. Data may be retained for legal and accounting purposes as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Cancellation Fees: Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice incur a $75 cancellation fee

Deposits are refundable if cancellation occurs more than 48 hours before scheduled work. If work is cancelled during service, refunds are limited to materials not yet installed or used. Final payment is non-refundable once work is complete.

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first to attempt resolution. Most disputes can be resolved through good-faith discussion.

12.2 Arbitration
